Town council approves first reading of ordinance to purchase land for workforce housing project  | The Pagosa Springs SUN

At its July 21 meeting, the Pagosa Springs Town Council passed the first reading of Ordinance 986, “Approval to Purchase Parcel Described as Enclave PUD Aspen Village 1 X US Hwy 160,” which will provide the town with new land for its workforce housing project.
